What this is
Most gym programmes are built for lifting, not for cricket. Fuel Checker is built the other way round: every exercise is here because it does something on the field.
Each one is tagged with what it actually buys you.

How it works
- Three sessions a week. Each one is full body, so if three is all you manage, nothing important is missed.
- Every exercise explained. How to do it, where you should feel it, when to stop, and what to do instead if the kit is busy.
- Weights logged as you go. Type what you lifted; next week it shows you last time.
- Honest session lengths. The time shown includes the rest periods, so it is the real number.
- Works with no signal. Add it to your home screen and it runs like an app, in a gym basement if needed.
Plans
All-Rounder
Invite onlyAn even split between batting power and bowling pace, with a lot of shoulder work underneath it. Cables, medicine balls, a landmine and a sled, no bat, no nets, no field needed.
Personal plans
PrivateOther plans here are built around one person’s injuries, kit and schedule, so they are not listed. If one was made for you, you will have the link.
A note on the plans. These are training plans, not medical advice. If you have had a back, shoulder or knee problem before, have a word with a physio or your GP before starting.
